The Role:

A new role for Havas UK, we are looking for an energetic people person to work on implementing our learning and development strategy and leading HR projects across our Village network.

Working closely with the Head of Talent Development, this role will play a key part to ensure we design and deliver industry leading interventions, develop core capabilities, and improve performance to meet our wider business objectives.

This role is for those truly passionate about talent development, you will thrive working in a fast paced and highly ambitious team. People development is a vital part of our business success, and you will play a fundamental role in the learning curriculum for Havas.

This role requires end to end ownership and project management of our programmes and interventions. The scope of the role will include every part of delivering our L&D strategy with capability analysis, content design and delivery, through to resource management, measurement and analytics, and marketing communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conceptualise and execute initiatives that will directly impact the people and company culture within Havas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on key L&D and People team projects like the apprenticeship levy, career competency frameworks, management and leadership programmes and performance appraisals process.
Create bespoke resources and content. Design and deliver training and develop innovative learning solutions.
Working with the Head of Talent Development to identify development needs and follow up with the design and roll out of relevant and progressive training programmes.
With the Head of Talent Development and other People Partners, support in conducting learning needs analyses to ensure all roles have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver on business objectives.
Be a go consult for teams and expert on Talent Development. Help teams to diagnose and propose solutions, working with business stakeholders to develop commercial business cases.
Work in partnership with Global and other Village learning partners to scope and oversee the build and development of our new UK LMS hub, including the role out of our e-learning content strategy.
Design and development learning pathways for key talent and roles.
Redevelop our measurement framework, moving to outcome-based metrics and evaluate the business impact of our interventions.
Establish and lead relationships with external partners. Build and expand supplier network and resources.
Support the Talent Development Adviser and oversee the implementation of our HKX Campus L&D programme and Havas Equalise our health and wellness initiative.
Design internal marketing communications to promote and engage with our people and drive interest in our programmes and initiatives.
Maintain insightful data to help guide decision making and ensure ROI/ROE. Analysis of data and formulation of reports and insight which is valuable to the business.
Manage programme budgets and financial tracking and payments.

Ideal Experience / Behaviours

A thorough working knowledge and practical application of learning & development – training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Likes ownership and autonomy and can own projects end to end.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing and creating content.
Strong networker and able to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders
Motivated, forward thinking and well planned; leading to a proactive approach.
Pushes self to learn and stay fresh in thinking
Experience designing and delivering training and a passion for wanting to develop in this area
Experience marketing and producing internal communications would beneficial
CIPD level 5 in Learning and Development qualification would be a bonus but not essential /or a desire to study for your CIPD which could be supported as part of your role
An understanding of how media and creative agencies work would be useful but not essential

The Package

Basic salary DOE
Discretionary bonus
