We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Team Assistant to join an award-winning Automotive Team at Imagination, supporting our Creative and Account teams.
No one day is ever the same. This will be a busy and varied role and you will support the team with everything from diary management, expenses, travel, maintaining filing systems / stationery stock to administration support on projects and organising social engagements. You will also oversee freelancer requests, manage the new starter process liaising with IT and raise POs for the team.
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator ideally with previous agency experience. You will be a highly organised, resourceful, motivated and flexible team player with a willingness to assist others. Excellent internal relationship building and communication skills are also required along with strong PC Skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with cloud-based applications such as Google Docs, Smartsheet and Hub Planner would be useful.
