Key Responsibilities

Direct communication with agency stakeholders and clients, keeping them informed with progress and reporting on completed work/results
Managing deadlines with the Content and Social Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed activity
Presenting to client’s key deliverables such as monthly reports, competitor analysis and research documents
Briefing and direction of freelance writers, designers and creatives
Responsible for maintaining client tone of voice consistency across channels equimedia manage
Thorough understanding of client’s business objectives, audience, website and channel KPIs
Keep up to date will all appropriate industry developments across content marketing, social media and SEO to ensure that best practice is followed

Review all existing Content and Social training material and identify gaps in training literature that need to be filled
Work closely with SEO Group Head to fill gaps in training literature and organise training sessions for the Content and Social Team
