Junior Advertising Creative Occupational Proposal

Producing a Junior Advertising Creative Apprentice Standard to help increase the diversity and social mobility of that role.

A wide range of agency creatives, planners, client service plus learning and development specialists have come together to start the process of producing a Junior Advertising Creative Apprentice Standard which they hope will help increase the diversity and social mobility of that role, and provide a clear framework of training.

The first step is to establish what the occupation is, the duties we would expect of a junior creative 18 months into their role, and that the occupation is does not overlap with any existing standard.  Please make any comments on the attached proposal, or address any questions, to gwynmarch@ipa.co.uk by 24 October.  Many thanks.
