BBH operates as a micro network within the Publicis Groupe and has just seven offices around the world. It's a structure that allows us to hit the sweet spot between global consistency and local relevance. It means we have lower overheads and less bureaucracy, but great cohesion and flexibility. We currently have 1000 people working across our eight offices in London, Milton Keynes, Stockholm, New York, Singapore, Shanghai, Mumbai and Los Angeles, all operating to shared standards and values. This size and structure allows us to maintain the BBH culture and approach in all of our offices, meaning we really are one agency in seven places
