One thousand and fifty junior adlanders have kick-started their careers by passing this year’s IPA Foundation Certificate. The qualification, which incorporates the full and complex scope of the media landscape in the digital era, is the key entry-level qualification for anyone working in advertising for both client and agency side.

The IPA’s Associate Director of Professional Development, Louise Hinchliffe commented on the results: “The Foundation Certificate has become a rite of passage for those entering the industry, with more than 13,500 people around the world passing the exam in the past 15 years. Everyone who has passed this year has made the best possible start to their careers in advertising and taken the first step towards professional accreditation. Congratulations on your fantastic achievements.”
To celebrate this year's graduating class, the IPA will be recognising delegates' success with adverts in The Guardian, Campaign and The Drum in July. Should you wish to opt-out of the IPA Foundation Certificate graduation adverts, please fill out this form and select to opt-out by Friday 25th May.
All candidates who have passed the 2018 IPA Foundation Certificate will be invited to a party on 27th June to celebrate.
