2019 IPA Foundation Certificate results

842 adlanders launch their careers in advertising

Eight hundred and forty-two junior adlanders have passed this year’s IPA Foundation Certificate. The qualification is the entry-level qualification for anyone working in advertising for both clients and agencies, and equips delegates with a fundamental understanding of the role, processes and landscape within adland.

Key stats:

  • Of the 842 total passes:
    • 77 were passes with Distinction
    • 353 were passes with Credit
    • 412 were passes
  • 909 people, including 17 apprentices, sat the exam in 13 locations nationwide
  • The successful candidates came from 121 IPA Member Agencies, 16 brands and four universities

All candidates who passed the 2019 IPA Foundation Certificate will be invited to a graduation party on 26th June at Bounce Old Street.
