The IPA is proud to be working with the AA and ISBA on the first industry-wide ALL IN census.
This survey is different to the annual IPA Agency Census because it is looking for more detail on the people (you) who work in our business, and the onus is on individuals (you) to complete it. So it’s been done in real time. And will be about real people (you).
Recorded and analysed by Kantar, the confidential results will be aggregated to give us the very best overview of the make-up of the UK’s advertising workforce and show us where the D&I opportunities are. We will then brainstorm how we can tackle them. Together.
We are asking all IPA members to make a firm commitment to be All In and to publicise their support internally and externally.
Agency leaders (or you can select an All In champion from your agency) can email Maria Grey (email@example.com) to let us know that your organisation is All In.
All In Champions will then receive the marketing assets that can be shared internally and used to promote participation publically.
On March 10, we will send a link to the leader of every organisation that agrees to take part or their All In Champion and ask that they share this with their staff on the day.
We believe it is important for senior teams within agencies to give formal permission to their staff to participate and allow them a small amount of time on the day, if practical, to fill out the survey. The marketing assets we have created will help with this internal communication but ultimately we are asking agency leaders to stand up and publically say they are All In.
Several agencies have already signed up and given their teams time on the day to complete the survey.
