Despite the collective knowledge that we need a more diverse industry, we are not achieving this. This is why we need you to take part in the All In Census.
More than 25,000 practitioners who have pledged to take part in UK advertising’s All In Census, and help us build a better inclusive industry.
The pan-industry alliance between the IPA, AA and ISBA is asking advertising and marketing professionals from agencies, brands, media owners and tech platforms to set aside 15 minutes on Wednesday 10 March to complete the short survey. This data will provide vital information to help us celebrate, support, nurture and grow the diversity of our business – essentially to change our world for the better.
The annual IPA Agency Census surveys agencies (not individuals) and allows us to track the health of the agency business and will continue to do so. This new supporting study will allow us to see a far wider picture of the full industry landscape: agency, advertiser and media owner. It will also allow us a greater depth and more granularity into diversity and inclusivity than our Agency census allows.
We need as many people as possible in our industry to complete the ‘All In’ Census together on Wednesday 10 March 2021 and help make an enormous difference to our collective learning, understanding and effectiveness going forward.
We have over 100 IPA member and Accelerator agencies representing over 10,000 people ready to make a difference alongside those from across the rest of UK advertising and marketing industry.
Among the agencies already pledged are:
If your agency has not signed up by Wednesday 10 March, you can still complete the survey on the day via the AA website and don’t forget to let us know that you are taking part using #AdvertisingAllIn to encourage others to join you.
Survey FAQs are available to download, as are supporting marketing graphics.
