These are the facts you need to know; the facts that the IPA Talent Survey can provide. By completing the survey your agency can gain exclusive access to salary and charge-out rate data.
On a wider level, the Talent Survey will also provide an accurate picture of diversity within the industry and will help us to inform the government on the industry’s contribution to the economy.
Says, Paul Bainsfair, Director General, IPA; “This is the first time that we have consolidated, four key industry surveys, the annual Agency Census, Salary, Charge-Out and Diversity surveys into one questionnaire to build the most comprehensive overview of the agency landscape possible.
“In a landscape that is increasingly competitive and in an uncertain economy, it is more important than ever that we understand the industry and equip ourselves accordingly.”
The results of the extensive survey, which covers everything from staff backgrounds and experience, salaries, hourly charge-out rates and use of freelancers, will be published in January 2018.
While the Census and Diversity results will be made public, only agencies that complete the Talent Survey will be granted access to information on salary and charge-out rate benchmarks.
