IPA Director of Personal Development, Patrick Mills added; "Achieving the CPD Platinum standard requires sustained excellence and commitment to people development by our members. Enormous congratulations must therefore go to these 21 agencies for their exceptional and truly embedded CPD culture. Not only is their investment in CPD having a positive impact on the progression of their employees, but also on their agencies’ bottom lines.”
