Thirty-three IPA member agencies have achieved CPD Gold accreditation for their outstanding professional development programmes, and were honoured at the IPA Members’ Lunch.
2018 marks the tenth year of the IPA’s CPD Gold Accreditation scheme, which was introduced to recognise and reward agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.
Each of the 33 CPD Gold agencies have made an exceptional investment in the professional development of their employees and have seen success against business goals in return, with last year’s CPD Gold agencies reporting a 28:1 return on training investment. Two agencies in particular have shown a remarkable dedication to CPD, with Hunterlodge Advertising and Total Media being awarded CPD Gold in each of the last ten years. Both agencies were presented with a special plaque at today’s IPA Members’ Lunch to mark their outstanding achievement.
This year’s CPD Gold agencies are:

Walter Thompson, Karmarama, Manning Gottlieb OMD, MBA, MC&C Media, MediaCom, MediaCom Edinburgh, Mindshare, MKTG, MullenLowe London, OMD UK, Now, Posterscope, PSI, RAPP, Spark Foundry, Starcom, St Luke’s, The&Partnership London, The Specialist Works, Total Media, Wieden + Kennedy London, woolley pau gyro and Wordbird.
Twenty-one agencies also achieved CPD Platinum Accreditation by earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five year period, and will be honoured at a separate dinner later in the year.

When applying for IPA CPD Gold Accreditation, agencies must demonstrate that CPD lies at the heart of their business, building a strong learning culture, in support of real business objectives and the development of their employees professionally and personally.
