Says Paul Bainsfair, Director General, IPA: “This Review records our 2016 milestones – including being granted Royal Chartered status - and, as you will see, we continue to use our working groups and our Presidential agenda to drive our outputs, particularly on areas of diversity, thought leadership, best practice and continuous professional development. It is because of our members’ enthusiasm and support that we continue to thrive and can work for the good of the public and the industry as a whole.”
