The State of Talent 2022

IPA Talent & Diversity Conference - Wednesday 4 May

What can you do day-to-day to better recruit, retain and recognise talent that produces outstanding work for clients?

At the inaugural IPA Talent & Diversity Conference leaders from within and outside the industry will share their experiences and learnings, to ensure you leave armed with the tools to make your agency a thriving place where people are proud to work – and produce their best work.

Hear from speakers such as historian, writer, broadcaster, presenter and film-maker David Olusoga OBE, award-winning novelist and activist Elif Shafak and organisations including UN Women, WACL, Pocc and Habito. We’ll also see the publication of new IPA research into how adland’s workplace culture compares to other sectors and break down what this means for our industry.

Join us on Wednesday 4 May for a day of panels, workshops and breakout sessions exploring the key issues facing our industry around the recruitment, retention and recognition of great talent such as:

  • how to navigate the talent crisis
  • the importance of workplace culture
  • retention and rewarding
