Evolve OOH, Media Reach Advertising, Pablo London and True Agency were elected into IPA membership at its quarterly council meeting (19 September).
Based in London, Evolve OOH is an independent OOH specialist agency. Evolve uses today’s data as currency to identify consumers in out of home environments globally. Founded in 2018, it works with agencies and advertisers to ensure they benefit from the best that OOH has to offer internationally.
Says Robin Hall, CEO, Evolve OOH: “We believe in nurturing talent, fostering positive relationships and challenging conventional thinking. IPA membership gives us some guidelines for these principles and is a key part of our development strategy. Mediareach Advertising is an integrated agency based in London. Founded in 1987, Mediareach was previously in IPA membership from 2005-2018. Its clients include ABF, Typhoo, Ring Central, DKMS, CSS Gov Comms, XOOM.

Founded in 2002, Pablo London is a creative agency based in London. Clients include Carlsberg Group, Hovis and Nike.
