The IPA is offering all member agencies paying the Apprenticeship Levy a clear pathway to access fresh, diverse talent via our end-to-end recruitment and apprenticeship training platform, Creative Pioneers.
Founded by the IPA, Creative Pioneers is free to use, helping IPA members recruit and train from a diverse talent pool, of which the current pool of applicants comprises 55% females, 45% males and 39% from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic backgrounds. Since its launch in 2012, the scheme has helped to place over 700 young people in adland.
For more information on how to increase your diversity, on what the Apprenticeship Levy means for your agency and how to get started, check out the newly relaunched Creative Pioneers website.
Coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week taking place this week, the IPA hosted an event for interested parties at the IPA. In addition, our Creative Pioneers’ media partner Metro newspaper promoted the scheme via a four-page cover wrap, highlighting the opportunities to potential apprentices and featuring previous successful CPC apprentices.
