The commission should include:

- An assessment of existing product

- Examples of best practice from other areas.

- Recommendation of how existing product could further be developed. This should include the Aneurin Bevan Memorial Stones and the Aneurin Bevan Trail.

- An assessment of opportunities for new product through gap analysis.

- A costed plan that identifies priorities for investment and funding opportunities with a timescale.

- Recommendations for some iconic projects which would achieve high quality and high profile impact on the external perception of the valleys.

The project has a maximum budget of £10,000 (excluding VAT)
