Notice Abstract
005814 - Large Format Advertising Concession - Opening 3 Newcastle City Council procured a flexible solution for a Large Format Advertising Concession arrangement which commended on 1 June 2018. Built into this arrangement was the facility to 'Open' this flexible arrangement to allow for new Providers to join the solution. This procurement opportunity is the 'Opening' which allows Providers to bid to join the 005814 - Large Format Advertising Concession arrangement. We are keen to encourage outdoor Contractors to work with us where opportunities exist to develop innovative advertising displays within the City. For clarity, innovative advertising displays relate to large formats (Digital and Paper and Paste Hoardings), special displays. (e.g. landmark sites), shrouds, static bridge advertising, rbt advertising, car park and bus station advertising. Please note this agreement does not include a FSU outdoor portfolio. The arrangement will be subject to a Concession Agreement (the Agreement) between the Council and the Contractor, describing the process governing the Council’s procedures for offering licence agreements for the development of advertising initiatives within the city.
