RFQ For Customer Insight to inform Digital Transformation programme RBH are on an exciting journey to transform how we deliver services to our customers. We are in the process of creating a new digital transformation strategy which will underpin the delivery of our corporate strategy that was launched in April this year. At the heart of the corporate strategy we have three fundamental priorities – Growing Together, Thriving Together and Improving Together. More details can be found on our website. To support with key strategic decisions in regards to our new digital transformation strategy, RBH are inviting tenders from interested parties who can help us understand our existing customers better and their experience of interacting with us via our current website. We are seeking to understand what our competitors have done in terms of offering services online. What are the services they are offering online? How far have they automated the processes?
