Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

The University intends to select only those suppliers who are able to satisfy the selection criteria as detailed in the SSQ. It is intended to select the 8 highest scoring Bidders for each lot to progress through to ITT stage, provided 8 capable bidders respond to the SSQ and are able to meet the minimum requirements set out in accompanying documentation. Should fewer than 8 Bidders meet the minimum requirements for each lot, then only those Bidders who meet the minimum requirements will progress to the ITT stage.
