RSS at the IPA

What is RSS?

RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, is essentially a way to subscribe to content from a website meaning that you don't have to visit the site constantly to look for updates. An RSS document is normally called a ‘feed’ or ‘channel’ and can be either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. Content typically comprises blog entries, news headlines or podcasts.

To subscribe to an RSS feed, you will need an RSS reader. Some web browsers can perform this action for you. Alternatively, consider using a free service such as Feedly.
