Executive coaching
I am a very experienced executive coach have coached many senior leaders in the UK and internationally. My clients usually have multiple demands on their time and energy, and I help them get clear, lead others, find solutions and move forwards on issues that are important to them.
I help them accomplish far more than they would on their own.
I specialise in coaching top talent who have recently been promoted or hired. I work mainly with individuals but also do some work with teams. I coach both face to face and over video. Typically, executive coaching programmes last 6-12 months, but I also offer deep dive coaching intensives – one around vision, one around resilience - and short (30 minute) espresso coaching sessions, designed for people at all levels of an organisation.
A major strength across all areas of my work is an ability to cut through complexity to reach clarity.
