Whether I am working with an individual client or a team, my aim is to provide a balance of support and challenge. Support comes from empathetic listening, gaining a deep understanding of their strengths, their motivations and what might be holding them back. The challenge comes from utilising my experience of the wider context of work, organisations and relationships to help my clients develop the mindset, strategies and practical tactics that will allow them to transcend current limitations and move towards a more successful and fulfilling life.
