Rob Varcoe

I spent most of my career in senior HR role including 10 years as Head of People at Leo Burnett before establishing my own Coaching business in 2016 to focus on my passion for developing people.

I specialise in Leadership and Career coaching. I typically coach executives from middle management up to CEO level, helping them to excel in their current roles, make progress in their careers, and/or deal with specific situations.

Recent assignments include:

• Coaching a UK MD who was struggling to rediscover their previous confidence and performance levels after moving to a new agency.
• Working with a high-performing European CEO to address specific areas of their performance in their current role and prepare them for their next internal promotion.
• Coaching an MD and a Head of discipline using a 360 feedback and development tool called The Leadership Circle https://leadershipcircle.com which gives granular and actionable feedback on areas of leadership strength and potential blind spots. Both leaders were feeling ‘blocked’ and now have a clear path forward in their careers.
• I often coach mid-level, high-potential execs to make the step up to more senior roles, highlighting the new behaviours and outlook required to make the necessary transition.
