I work with individuals and teams to deliver the change and progress they seek and help them gain clarity about what’s important to them. I supportively challenge their thinking, beliefs and assumptions whilst working to understand their strengths, values, and personal purpose. In combination, this approach enables clients to see what is getting in their way and how to overcome it to move forward and meet their goals. If relevant I offer assessments to increase self-awareness and share relatable theories.
Working with teams/ leadership groups I use proven coaching tools and techniques to build trust, shared agendas and improve performance, and constantly work to keep programmes fresh, interactive and fun.

I’ve been a professional coach for the last 9 years. Prior to coaching, I worked in the communications industry for over 30 years – in agencies, with the IPA and as a consultant.

My clients have told me that my coaching style is clear and calm. I bring ease and empathy to coaching relationships, working at their pace to give them the space to reflect and innovate. I harness my years of commercial and professional experience to support clients to understand their context, consider their options and plan a way forward.
