During 15 years’ experience as part of the HR team at McCann Manchester, I’ve worked with all levels of people from the Senior Leadership Team and Management Board, through to new managers and apprentices. This experience has given me a good understanding and appreciation of the challenges faced across many disciplines and levels.
Since formalising my coaching knowledge and experience and setting up a coaching practice, I work predominantly with managers and leaders on a 1:1 basis, supporting them to step-change their growth, both professionally and personally. My background in HR gives me a very person-centric approach and I enjoy being able to put my client front and centre. As you’d expect, my style is very open and approachable, with a balance of advocacy and challenge.
I also offer DISC personality profiling and often use this as a starting point to identify an individual’s style and provide real insight into what that can mean for them in an organisational and team environment.
Alongside tangible outcomes such as promotions, client secondments, new roles, clients have also experienced; increased sense of wellbeing, the ability to self-validate, increased self-awareness and improved relationships, both at work and at home.
