ERGs: Inspiring Growth and Belonging

Training Forum

ERGs (Employment Resource Groups) foster a sense of community and belonging. Agencies share their stories about setting up ERGs and the benefits this provides for the company culture and DE&I.

Content:

Agencies share their stories on how to create successful ERGs and the rewarding benefits such as greater community, diversity and inclusion. IPA member agency RAPP will deliver a talk on their community 'The Neighbourhood', which is an ERG group based across 4 key pillars: Anti-Racism, Disability, Gender & LGBTQ+.

We will have a panel of employees from Wavemaker, The&Partnership, and Total Media to discuss their experiences of setting up ERGs, such as ‘Wavemaker Communities’, which is an ERG that empowers people to champion all aspects of D&I and provide constructive dissent to drive positive and sustained change. There will be time to ask questions.

Speakers:

  • Annabel Deacon, Talent & Development Lead, RAPP London
  • David Adamson, Deputy Head of Strategy, The&Partnership
  • Dani Saadu, Head of People & Culture, Wavemaker
  • Emmy Greener, People & Culture Advisor, Total Media
