The session will be a taster workshop on modern leadership with Alison Chadwick, who brings her deep experience as a leadership coach and trainer in the industry to illuminate some of the key shifts in modern leadership and how to implement this into daily practice.
In Alison’s signature simple terms, modern leaders “embrace the mess”. They accept that the landscape is complex, and they know that all they can do is the best they can. But what does that "best" need to look like? In this messy new landscape, the old paradigms of leadership need updating.
