Hannah Porteous-Butler is Director of the People Practice Group, which partners with businesses to create inclusive, supportive environments that cater to the needs of working parents. She has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of leadership and people management. Hannah’s firsthand experience raising three unique children and serving as a special guardian for a fourth provides a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by working parents. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She holds accreditations in Maternity Coaching, Neuroscience Coaching and Group Coaching, is a certified facilitator for "Raising Children," a parenting programme for parents of children aged 2-10 and is MHFA trained.
