Our unique technology is modelled on human brain function and uses an algorithm to instantly identify what the human brain sees first. The tech is easy to use and can analyse everything from retail POS to digital assets, out of home to social and rich video motion content, improving the effectiveness of content across any visual channel.


Dragonfly AI are rapidly growing and now expanding our Customer Success Function. We are looking for a passionate, commercially savvy Customer Success Manager (CSM) to report directly into the Client Director, to lead the accounts of a growing number of global brands. The CSM will own all aspects of the relationship, helping to enable the customer to generate value with the product while identifying and closing new commercial opportunities across the portfolio.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage and commercially grow a global brand portfolio
• Become a trusted advisor, providing training and onboarding for new clients and product users
• Maintain our CRM with commercial forecasts, customer engagement plans
• Own customer contract renewals and identify additional areas of growth as well as mitagating risks
• Act as a customer advocate to our product team by collecting and sharing customer feedback and ideas
• Help drive customer references and case studies
• Self starter who can help to develop the CSM function


Experience and Qualifications
• 3+ years relevant work experience in a customer success, strategy or account management capacity
• Proven success developing enterprise accounts
• Previous experience in SaaS / technology
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Experience in a growing startup/technology environment
• Passionate about making our customers personally and professionally successful
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
