Job description

We are looking for a talented SENIOR DESIGNER to join our design team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Designer to join our design & creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. As a Senior Designer, you will be able to take a lead in executing projects for a range of clients, and collaborate closely with our creative department, strategists and social team to deliver compelling and well crafted design solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be able to show experience of how they conceptualised and rolled out a successful 360 campaign across multiple channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality design work across various media, including print (OOH/DOOH), social, and motion.
Collaboration: Work closely with creatives, copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate our creative output.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brands standards
Problem Solving: Tackle complex design challenges with innovative solutions that elevate the client’s brand and messaging.



DESIRABLES.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including examples of high-profile campaigns.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Figma - Knowledge of Figma and the benefits of collaborative working
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, is a plus
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working on integrated campaigns involving multiple channels preferred
Experience working with or directing photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals ideal
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar ideal
