Who is this online learning for?

Anyone working in the communications industry who is new to using or is considering using TouchPoints, regardless of industry experience or discipline.

What are the benefits?

Completing these online modules will allow you to:

• Understand the purpose of using and why you should use TouchPoints data
• Know the difference between the various TouchPoints tools 
• Use TouchPoints data and tools with confidence

How is the learning delivered?

• 2 hours of online learning split across three modules; What is TouchPoints, Exploring the TouchPoints Daily Life dataset and Getting to know the TouchPoints Channel Planner.
• Accessible through the IPA website on any device, or via the IPA Learning app.
• The modules are flexible allowing you to go through at your own pace and to return to where you left off.

How to book onto and access the online learning?

Please select your intake from the ‘Intakes’ drop down on this page and proceed to checkout.

Once booked, you can access and start your online learning via the IPA website. To access, please head to your personal IPA portal via the profile icon and click on ‘Training’. Or, visit your personal Training page.
