Agents of Change – the expert view is the result of qualitative interviews with 28 advertising industry specialists and stakeholders and defines the environment that industry professionals find themselves in.

This report and the resulting toolkit are based on 30 hours of interviews with agency leaders and sustainability specialists, clients, coalitions working for change within the industry, external activists, and other related membership bodies. Their thinking has been collated into broad themes to describe what they told us about their experience and their hopes for the future.
