Jo Arden is Chief Strategy Officer at Ogilvy UK. Jo oversees Ogilvy’s strategic community of 97 experts across Ogilvy UK’s five businesses – Advertising, Brand and Content, Experience, PR, Consulting and Health.
Jo has also been the CSO at Publicis•Poke and MullenLowe. She has worked across all sectors incusing extensively for UK Government accounts, and it was on Stoptober for Public Health England that she won her first IPA Effectiveness Award – starting an enduring obsession with the awards!. Jo is recognised as a driver of change across the industry through her work as Chair of NABS Fast Forward, authorship of Arrive and Thrive for the APG and her work with WACL on gender inclusivity. She is also a columnist for Campaign, and is consistently listed as one of the top planners in the UK by the industry trade press.
