Charlie is the Chief Strategy Officer of Omnicom Media in the UK. Deputy Convenor of the Awards in 2024, and a judge in 2020, he has been a passionate advocate of advertising effectiveness throughout his career, winning industry recognition for his research on the growth strategies of scale-ups in the mid-2010s, and IPA and Effie awards for his contributions to client success. Today he helps advise some of the world’s most successful advertisers on how to successfully navigate a radically changed advertising environment.
