Joe started his advertising career at Publicis London as an Account Management graduate in 2007. After making the transition into planning, he moved to VCCP in 2011, to work on the agency’s founding client, O2.

Joe joined independent agency 101 London in 2014, where he worked with multiple brands including Art Fund, Britvic, Avios and GAME and helped the agency to grow ahead of its acquisition by MullenLowe London in 2017/18.

For the past 8 years, Joe has been at AMV BBDO, where he is a Strategy & Effectiveness Partner. He led global strategy on the Guinness account for three years and is currently working with Essity, Philips and Decathlon, as well as going round meeting rooms looking for spare biscuits.

His effectiveness role at AMV includes supporting the strategy department and key clients to improve their processes and outcomes. He has won multiple IPA Effectiveness Awards, including Gold and the President’s Prize for Guinness in 2024, and is thrilled to be a judge this year.
