Martin is the one of the founders of Ace of Hearts - a new creative company that puts creativity at the heart of business. Previously, Martin was the Chief Strategy Officer of adam&eveDDB - under his leadership the agency was named IPA Effectiveness 'Company Of The Year' in both 2024 and 2022.
