Simon is Global Effectiveness Director at Billion Dollar Boy where he leads the agency's effectiveness agenda as well as their strategy and analytics teams. He is passionate about harnessing the power of creativity to build modern brands, having won four IPA Effectiveness Awards, Cannes Lions and a D&AD Pencil while moonlighting as Creative Director for Oreo. Previously he was Chief Strategy Officer at the7stars and Head of Innovation & Creativity at PHD.
