Beth is the Head of Data & Insight at adam&eve\TBWA with over 10 years’ experience working across analytics, effectiveness and strategy.

She began her career in retail, building a strong commercial grounding before moving into advertising, where she has spent the past 5 years helping brands make smarter decisions through data. Now leading the data and insight department, Beth works alongside strategy teams to turn complex numbers into clear, compelling stories that drive creative and commercial impact. Alongside this, she is passionate about effectiveness, from designing measurement frameworks and evaluation approaches, to supporting awards submissions. She believes data is at its most powerful when it enables better thinking, sharper strategy and robust creative decisions.
