Dom brings nearly 19 years of diverse media experience, having worked across a broad range of roles including planning & buying, client leadership, and data strategy. Analytics & effectiveness, however, has been Dom's core passion throughout and for the past decade he built, scaled, and led analytics and effectiveness practices within Wavemaker (part of WPP Media). In this capacity, he's collaborated with some of the UK's leading brands, including Jet2, Compare the Market, Lloyds Banking Group, Morrisons, and UK Government.

Now in a wider role within the WPP Media group, he helps clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their media by bringing together robust measurement solutions and translating these into actionable insights for campaign optimisation. A key advocate for evidence-based marketing, Dom has led significant industry research, including the multi-award winning Profit Ability 2 and the recent IPA Influencers effectiveness study. His passion lies in understanding how businesses work, identifying opportunities for growth and demonstrating the vital contribution advertising makes to that effective growth.
