Neil has led the development and global growth of a range of top tier brands working with the likes of Airbnb, Netflix, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Snapchat, The Grammys and Disney.
Neil spent the past 5 years working on the West Coast at Chiat Day Los Angeles, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer, leading the global creative strategy for Airbnb. Prior to venturing out West, Neil led the strategy of Zag, the ventures arm of the London ad agency BBH, where he worked directly with the founders of a range of high growth disruptors in the finance, photography, music and CPG sectors, helping them develop their brands, products, marketing campaigns and also raise funds.
A regular judge of the Global Effies, Neil is passionate about using creativity to drive sustainable growth and ensuring that businesses and their brands are talking the same language. He has written extensively on the “21st century brand” and marketing strategy for the likes of Fast Company, The Guardian, The Investor’s Chronicle and Contagious. His co-authored White Paper on the business case for creating an iconic brand was the subject of a panel at SXSW.
