Susan Poole is a Freelance Strategy Consultant with 20 years' experience in creative and brand planning across advertising agencies big and small. She has served as Head of Strategy at 23red and ZAK London, alongside senior strategy roles at Mullen Lowe, Havas and Grey London. She is the very proud author of a number of effectiveness awards, including her own coveted IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix.
