Head of Research, Strategy, Publicis Sapient
Fran Walton is the Head of Research for the International division of Publicis Sapient. Fran helps agile teams design and run research programmes that fuel both strategy work and improve the pace and effectiveness of design; enabling the identification of breakthrough business ideas and the delivery of award winning customer experiences.
Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Fran worked in planning for Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi in Switzerland and supported a small agency based in the UK specialising in marketing competency development for companies such as Mars, PepsiCo and SCA.
As an experienced researcher and trained futurist, Fran spent nearly 10 years building and leading the futures practice at The Futures Company (now Kantar Consulting). There he helped companies like Unilever, Danone and Diageo consider the impact of disruptive change such as Sustainability and Technology on their business, categories and brands.
He now brings this wealth of experience to help companies thrive in an age of Digital Business Transformation.
