I have spent over 25 years in the brand communications and creative industry working in some of the biggest global advertising networks such as WPP and Dentsu, and as such have an extensive knowledge of the challenges faced by agencies and their employees.

My deep passion lies in nurturing talent and fostering growth. In my career, I’ve had the privilege to be able to empower individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

As a qualified coach, I now aim to help people define what a fulfilling career means to them, and identify any blockers to progress. My approach allows my clients to feel able to take immediate action and stay accountable to achieve their goal.
