Having spent over fifteen years working in advertising as a strategist and talent director, I have a deep appreciation of how the pressures of business can get in the way of great potential. 

I passionately believe that there is no point having a business, which is full of talented people if the potential that runs inside them is never brought to the fore for the full benefit of themselves and the business.

My clients tell me my strategic approach is a breath of fresh air. I don’t start work with you until we’re clear on what it is that needs to be better as a result of our time together and I seek to make what I do measurable and visible. Clients who work with me are ready to challenge themselves and each other to make meaningful and sustained progress.

I am also a director of specialist change management consultancy Corporate Punk which keeps me connected to the front-line realities of being a leader in business today.
