With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, working agency-side, client-side and freelance, I bring a practical understanding of the pace, pressure and expectations that shape agency life.

My coaching focuses on building confidence, supporting clear decision-making and helping individuals navigate change in a grounded and sustainable way.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I design and deliver workshops for agencies that support leaders and teams through periods of change, helping them challenge burnout culture and build healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
