As a former senior agency leader, I bring over 30 years’ experience navigating the creative industry, from leading global teams to managing high-stakes transformation. Now, as an ICF and EMCC accredited coach & mentor, I work with ambitious professionals to improve their leadership & working style, so they operate with clarity, confidence and purpose.

I coach talented people through pivotal transitions whether stepping into leadership, a new role, navigating burnout or the menopause, returning from parental leave, or redefining direction. I also support neurodivergent professionals and their managers to unlock strengths, adapt environments and lead in ways that are sustainable, authentic and effective.

My approach combines coaching psychology with strategic insight - helping clients simplify situations, reconnect with what matters and develop practical strategies to create a happier workplace you.
