Consultative and executive coaching and mentoring, group coaching & workshops
My experience spans across creative, marketing, and not for profit industries.
I predominately provide 121, goal focused, coaching where I work with individuals over a period of 6-12 months to improve their role performance and achieve their learning and development goals. Often my clients are Heads of Department or equivalent senior leaders, looking for support as they step into more senior roles and move from managing a smaller team to a multi-team department. I also provide supportive coaching at times of transition – such as returning from maternity leave or exploring a career change.
My style will allow you to explore your options and raise your awareness to consider new ideas and perspectives, while providing equal levels of empathy and challenge to stretch you to achieve your goals. Additionally, my previous experience as a senior leader in both the advertising and the not-for-profit sector (Saatchi & Saatchi, Fallon, Great Ormond St Hospital Charity) allows me to provide more consultive, practical advice if you get ‘stuck’.
Where valuable, I can complement 121 coaching with the use of specialist psychometric profiling (Myers Briggs / MBTI), and support team coaching through group workshops and leadership development.
