Gwyn March, IPA CPD Consultant

Gwyn March brings over 33 years of experience working in and alongside agencies. She is honoured to be an Honorary Fellow of the IPA and currently chairs the IPA Training Forum. Gwyn co-authored several of the IPA’s online learning modules, including those on evaluating training, conducting effective appraisals, planning training programmes, and creating impactful onboarding experiences.

She enthusiastically manages the Foundation Certificate helpdesk, supporting learners worldwide, and regularly leads workshops aimed at demystifying advertising.

Gwyn also serves as an assessor for CPD Gold and tutors both the Best Practice and Gold CPD workshops. She is actively involved in recasting the IPA Careers Portal, helping shape its future direction.

In addition to advising agencies on mentoring schemes, Gwyn tutors highly practical industry workshops on Time Management, Managing People, and Leadership. She collaborates with the IPA Diversity team to deliver the empowering Stepping into the Spotlight events, designed to boost female confidence across the industry.

Gwyn also coordinates the industry trailblazers responsible for developing new Apprentice Standards, ensuring the next generation of talent is well-supported and future-ready.
