Neil is CEO of HeyHuman, a creative agency based in London with clients around the world. HeyHuman has always adopted new technology and ways of thinking to connect brands with people, including behavioural science, neuroscience and AI. Neil grew up in Aberdeen and moved to London to work in large advertising agencies on UK and global clients, as well as launching an agency in Prague. He launched HeyHuman in 2014 and the agency has since won creative, strategic and agency awards for its approach to building what it describes as Human Brands. He is currently carrying out doctoral research into AI and creativity with Aston Business School.
